ARRIVING AND DEPARTING

Check-in time is from 11.00am for campsites and from 2.00pm for cabins.

Can you get there by 2pm on Friday? If you are able to get there Fri by 2pm, let us know via this survey as we need a few people to help set up our marquee that afternoon.

If you are arriving before 6pm, go into reception and let them know your name and that you are with the Redhill Group. They will provide you with access code for the boom gate and for the toilet/shower block, and your cabin key if applicable.

If you are possibly arriving after 6pm, let us know BEFORE 5pm as we need to let reception know (they close at 6pm). They will leave your check-in paperwork in the after-hours box which is just outside reception.

OUR REDHILL VILLAGE

We have an area of campsites and cabins booked, and there will be a big pink and white marquee in the middle which is our communal hub. See the park map (we are in the top left section, with some pink campsites and blue cabins).

In our marquee there is a hot drink station, a small fridge, space to eat meals, some board/card games and usually someone to chat to! We encourage you to bring your meals into the marquee and use it as a place to relax, have a laugh, read or make someone a cuppa. Most people keep their camping chairs inside the marquee throughout the weekend.

If you have any equipment/games you would be happy for us to use in the marquee, let us know via this survey.

MEALS

It’s organise-your-own meals for most of the weekend. There is a takeaway place within the park (see menu here), a kiosk with a limited amount of groceries, and supermarkets are about 20min away in Batemans Bay.

We encourage you to eat your meals in the marquee to make the most of our time together.

Saturday Communal Dinner:

Saturday night is our one communal dinner. If you want to take part, please bring $5 per person to cover BBQ meat/veg (little kids excepted) and also bring a salad/side dish or dessert to share. BYO drinks. (Even if you don’t eat our food, it would be great to still have you come and hang in the marquee so we can all be together!).

If you haven’t already, please let Jill know your dietary requirements.
